- The playground is open to visitors every day from 10:00-20:00.
- The visitors of the playground must comply with these rules, requirements for safety and caution, public order, fire safety regulations, sanitary and hygiene requirements. The visitors must also comply with the operating restrictions of the playground, according to which the visitors must treat the playground equipment with care and caution and follow the requirements of Via Jurmala Outlet Village employees.
- The playground is intended for children’s entertainment.
- Visiting and using the playground is free of charge.
- The playground is intended for children up to 12 years of age.
- Parents, their authorized persons, or guardians are responsible for children’s health, safety, and presence at the playground.
- It is forbidden to bring and use alcoholic beverages, other intoxicating substances, and smoking is forbidden at the playground.
- It is forbidden to litter the playground and its surrounding area.
- Refrain from any action or behavior that may disturb other visitors, and it is forbidden to bring animals to the playground.
- At the playground, it is forbidden to use vulgar language, and physically or emotionally influence the visitors of the playground.
- It is forbidden to break, draw/write or otherwise damage the equipment of the playground, the elements placed there, and randomly move the equipment at the playground.
- Preschool children must not be at the playground unattended by adults.
- It is forbidden to use the elements of the playground during rain, immediately after rain and during the period when climatic conditions (snow, frost) do not allow it, including considering that the slide can heat up in hot weather conditions.
- The legal guardians of the child are financially responsible for damage to the playground equipment, as well as other elements at the playground, in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
- The visitors of the playground are responsible to act against any violations of the rules of the children’s playground and damage, trying to prevent or stop these, and if necessary, inform the manager of the farm part of the management department of Via Jurmala Outlet Village (by phone: 29394056)
